We use this park as a stopover, in between northern and southern CA, as it has easy access from Hwy. 99. No frills, gravel roads and pads that are not level. It's a dump but ok for a quick overnighter.

Nice park in good location. Great for families. Lots of shade trees. Road was paved but sites are gravel but level. Nice pool area and both of the playgrounds were nice. Landscaping was very well kept and it was a pleasure to take an evening walk around this very large park. We will be staying there again without question.

This park advertised that it is 15 min. from Yellowstone, and it's more like 30. Sites are gravel and ours was full of lumps and potholes. In addition sites are very small, and you will have to have people move their vehicles when you exit. A lot of seasonal residents that did not like the vacationer, and let you know about it. Weeds were growing 3 ft. high out of the fire pit and the code on the mens restroom never worked at night. Our week long stay was very unpleasant and we would never stay there again. There are many more parks closer to Yellowstone that had many more amenities and much nicer grounds.
